Charter House care services understand that being a full-time carer for a loved one can sometimes take its toll on your mental and physical health, that’s why we are here to offer daytime respite, to give you the chance to recuperate.
After Hospital Care
After hospital care, also known as post-operative care, is a short-term flexible option for those who are currently recovering at home following a debilitating illness, a stay at the hospital, or surgery.
This type of care may also involve help with medication and dressing support, with aspects of personal care such as bathing and toileting. Our carers can help you with getting to and from appointments, going shopping, or even talking the dog for a walk.
